Natalie de Bungard

P&S Instructor

Natalie taught English Literature and Language to 11-18 year olds for 17 years and has now sought to continue her love of teaching in the somewhat more restful environment of Psalms & Stretches! She is delighted to be able to combine God's Word with physical exercise, thus keeping both body and spirit in healthy shape!

Natalie sees P&S as the most wonderful way of expressing our Faith in Jesus whilst looking after, toning and strengthening, the bodies He gave us. She is excited about enabling her participants (as well as herself!) to learn Psalm verses by heart and to be encouraged by Worshipping in such a creative way. Natalie's passion for the Psalms is evident when she says, "The Psalms are obviously so much more than poetry; they are the living, breathing Word of God, whose Truth has the power to change perspectives and lives. Through the Psalms, our Father God equips us for every situation in life and as we speak aloud His Word together, we gain the deepest tangible benefits for right now as well as contributing to a greater, lasting, Kingdom-enormity that we can only imagine. The Psalms simultaneously comfort and conquer."

Natalie is a Trustee for the 'The Saints' Projects Trust', a Christian Charity which helps to alleviate poverty in Africa, India and Nepal. She will be donating 50% of all her P&S proceeds to this cause.

Natalie's qualifications include; a Diploma in Movement Teacher Training, a BA Hons Degree in English and Education (Roehampton University, London) and a Postgraduate Certificate of Education (PGCE, Bath University). She lives in the Suffolk countryside with her husband and young son.
